Yeah they are brighter than I thought. But the green one is a fairly large one, probably over an inch long. Also, it's hard with these fancy cell phone cameras to get a picture that accurately looks correct in the dark. Here's another angle with a small night light on. It still looks brighter than it would to the naked eye.

But it did do its job. I woke up last night and I could tell it was 5:00 a.m. and I had to pee. And then after laying back down I could hear a lot of dogs barking and I woke up this morning and realized that six of our chickens had been eaten by coyotes. But at least I know it was around 5:00 a.m. :gaytard:

This is probably a more accurate photo of what it looks like. This is with the lights on in the master bedroom shining through the doorway. It's actually fairly illuminated in the bathroom and the hands are still pretty visible. I noticed last night at 2:00 a.m. while I was taking a leak that the glow actually eliminates the bathtub area pretty well. I'll have to set up a camera and tripod and do a long exposure shot and see what that looks like. Might look kind of cool/ eerie. Or it might just look like crap. Who knows.
