Ok for context, I am a 43-year-old autistic woman that has struggled all my life to maintain a "normal" brushing routine for several reasons, most of which are sensory related. One of the biggest challenges for me is finding an adult fluoride toothpaste that doesn't have a strong mint flavor, so I tend to rely on children's toothpaste that are milder but also don't contain adult levels of fluoride. The lack of consistent routine, combined with using children's products and just getting older, led to noticeable yellowing of my teeth.

Yellow is the natural color of the teeth. Bright white is not.

The ultimate teeth in nature, the beaver teeth have an orange color because they are full of iron.
