Honestly I feel like I could hang out with this dude/gal without much of a problem. Being 70 years old and doing a YOLO with augmented breasts, thick makeup and a free pass into the women's restroom seems like a fine way to go out. On the other hand, not so sure I'd feel the same way towards a 13 year old with hormone treatments and a mastectomy
