Separation Pay: The total amount, minus applicable deductions and
withholdings, equal to 1 weeks’ pay at your current annual salary.
CEO legit said "even if you had a choice between staying employed or taking the severance, I bet everyone would go with the severance"
Why would anyone go with "one week's pay" vs staying employed
